Cancellation Policy
Standard Bookings
- More than 72 hours before check-in: Full refund (minus payment processing fees)
- 48-72 hours before check-in: 75% refund of the total booking amount
- 24-48 hours before check-in: 50% refund of the total booking amount
- Less than 24 hours before check-in: No refund (first night charges apply)
- No-show: Full booking amount will be charged
Non-Refundable Bookings
- Bookings marked as "Non-Refundable" at the time of reservation are not eligible for refunds
- These bookings typically offer discounted rates in exchange for the no-cancellation policy
- Non-refundable bookings cannot be modified or transferred
Special Promotions and Packages
- Special promotional rates may have specific cancellation terms
- Package deals may be partially refundable based on individual components
- Please review the specific terms provided during booking
How to Cancel a Booking
Online Cancellation
1. Log in to your account on our website
2. Go to "My Bookings" section
3. Select the booking you wish to cancel
4. Click "Cancel Booking" and follow the prompts
5. You will receive a confirmation email with refund details

Refund Process
Refund Timeline
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of cancellation approval
- Credit card refunds may take an additional 3-5 business days to reflect in your account
- UPI and bank transfer refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days
Refund Method
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method used during booking
- For cash payments, refunds are provided via bank transfer (bank details required)
Partial Refunds
- If you check out early, refunds for unused nights are subject to a 15% early departure fee
- Partial refunds are calculated based on the applicable cancellation policy at the time of departure
Modifications to Bookings
Date Changes
- Date modifications are subject to availability
- Changes made more than 48 hours before check-in: No additional charges
- Changes made within 48 hours: May incur a modification fee equal to one night's stay
Room Upgrades/Downgrades
- Upgrades are subject to availability and may require additional payment
- Downgrades may result in a partial refund based on the rate difference
Special Circumstances
Force Majeure
In the event of natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, pandemics, or other circumstances beyond our control:
- Full refund or free rebooking options will be provided
- Documentation may be required for verification
Medical Emergencies
- Medical emergencies may qualify for full refunds with proper documentation
- Doctor's certificate or hospital documentation required
- Contact us directly for emergency cancellations
Bereavement
- Bereavement cancellations are handled with compassion
- Documentation may be requested
- Full refunds are typically provided for immediate family emergencies
Group Bookings
Group Cancellation Policy (5+ rooms)
- More than 30 days before check-in: Full refund
- 15-30 days before check-in: 50% refund
- Less than 15 days before check-in: No refund
- Partial cancellations within a group may be subject to rate adjustments
